  • 1.  Issue in notifying Reviewers via email for certification

    Dear Team,

    In IG we are trying to run new certificate campaign. We have successfully created the campaign. Reviewer are also able to see the campaign details.but mail will not triggered to the reviewers.
    We have already configured email properties and email templates also. Please provide us with solution.

    Are you able to receive email by running SMTP checkup?

    Dear Yuan,

       Yes we are receiving mails running SMTP checkup. I think we have missed some configuration in CA IG. So can you please suggest us where exactly we need to some configurations for email notifications?

    Admins can impersonate users to review and configure their notification preferences. To have your email notification also send as an SMS notification liteblue

    emails have to be enabled globally as well as in the individual certification templates.  Maybe you do not have the emails enabled globally.

    GO to  Home > Administration > Settings > Email > Events and make sure you enable the events from there along with the one under campaign  template.

    Did you enable those before campaign created? If not, created a new
    campaign and verify it. Also check if email column was defined under
    Universe.

    Yes we had enabled it before campaign was created. Yes email column was also defined under universe.
