This is hard to see without screenshots of configuration. But there are some usual suspects to check:
1. Are you sure you are consistently using the right user? (I think the documentation has you configure iamuser vs. idmadmin)
2. Are you sure your user has the appropriate read/write permissions in the repository in Jasper?
3. Validate you can ping to/from Jasperserver/IDM server (presumably vApp?)
4. Try losing the trailing / from the URL

CA Identity Suite 14.3 integrating JasperReportServer with CA IM.
I have installed the Jasper report server 6.4.3 on WIndows server 2012.
Report server is successfully installed.
I`m trying to configure the jasper report with IAM by following the steps in the URL below

But when I configure Report Server connection http:/x.x.x.x:8080/jasperserver-pro/
with UserID="idmadmin", then test connection. UI return an error "Can`t establish connection"
I have read all the possible solutions in ca community but it did resolve the problem.
This is what I have tried:
- I copied the iam.jks & iam.properties from the path(/opt/CA/wildfly-idm/modules/com/ca/iam/cajasper/main to<web_application_name>\WEB-INF\config\
- Restarted IDM and Jasper server.
- I turned off firewall en antivirus
Can someone help me to reslove this issue please?
