  • 1.  Identity Portal "Request Failed" when checking out more than about 13 items in the cart

    Hello,

    IdP 14.3 CP 1

    When checking out more than about 13 items in the cart in Identity Portal, a "Request Failed" Error occurs.

    While our current workaround is to limit our cart items to 10, how does one go about resolving this issue not not have this limitation?

    Issue was related to caching, after clearing Portal and Browser cache the Cart allowed more than 13 items to be checked out.
