When updating the dates, are you actually choosing a different value than what was already set on the user?
What does the VST say?
Does it get updated in LDAP?

After Upgrade from 14.1 -> 14.3 can not modify Activation Date and Expiration Date from IM user profile. As soon as, I update Activation Date and Expiration Date from IM user profile and submit, its says "no changes have been made" and do not update the dates,
