After Upgrade from 14.1 -> 14.3 can not modify Activation Date and Expiration Date from IM user profile

After Upgrade from 14.1 -> 14.3 can not modify Activation Date and Expiration Date from IM user profile.  As soon as, I update Activation Date and Expiration Date from IM user profile and submit, its says "no changes  have been made" and do not update the dates,

We have already applied vAPP CP1 and CP2 and IM CP1  as well.

Anyone faced any thing like this. Your help here would be really valuable.

Some questions to help the conversation along.

When updating the dates, are you actually choosing a different value than what was already set on the user?

What does the VST say?

Does it get updated in LDAP?

Hi Tanu,
There are 2 possibilities:-
1. In ur 14.1 form, there is some logic(javascript) that will update ur Activation & Expiration date, after upgrade to 14.3 this logic is gone.

2. When there is no changes in form, it will not submit. To "force" it to submit, u need to enable "Always generate event even when no attributes have changed" in Profile tab of ur form.

1. Could you please help me to know what kind of Javascript / change it is which is not available in 14.3. Any related documentation would also be helpful so that we can also verify the customization around these attributes so that we wont loose those functionalities.

After setting #2 "Always generate event even when no attributes have changed" in Profile tab, below are the scenarios:

It creates VST tasks and does not update activation date but updates expiration Date in below scenario when profile contains below attributes

Activation Date
Expiration Date
|Expiration Date|

Both get updated in below scenario when profile contains below attributes

Activation Date
Expiration Date

or

Activation Date
Expiration Date
|Activation Date|
|Expiration Date|
