Identity Portal - Mobile & Desktop view

Hi Team,
Identity Suite 14.3
Q. Can we configure different access right on Module when user access from Mobile or Desktop ?
Meaning that in Desktop view, users can see all the modules but in Mobile view, user can only see certain Module, is that possible ?

I do not think that the application has a Mobile version. Meaning that it cannot switch display depending on how it is accessed.

Hi Bill, what i mean is Mobile View, not Mobile version. We understand that there is not Mobile apps or Mobile version for CA Identity Portal. 
Identity Portal does support responsive page, where it will change to Mobile View when accessing the Portal URL. 
The screen shot i capture is based on Mobile View.
