Identity Portal My Request - Export Requests to file

Hi Team,
Identity Suite 14.3 vapp.

Under My Request Module, there is an icon with "Excel" button function as "Export Requests to file"

But when i click on this 'Excel' icon, nothing happen. 

Q. Anyone experience on this issue ? Does it works ?

Do you see any error message in the log file?

If so, can you please open a support case?

Hi Itamar,
Yes, i do see errors in ip_log
Failed to generate the Excel spreadsheet. This happen on my testing env and customer env. Seem like a bug. 

I will create CA support ticket.
