Identity Portal - Change Welcome message

Hi Team
Identity Portal 14.3 vapp.
Q. How to change the default welcome message "Welcome to CA Identity Portal" to other value ?

I have tried in the Localization->English->Login, change the "Welcome" message to other value, but it does not reflect in the Portal login page.
Can anyone advice ?

Have you tried using google chrome debugger to identity the element? and change the value?

Hi Bill, Yes i did. But that changes only applied on the chrome debugger.
How do i port over to Identity Portal UI ?

Hi William,

Please change the welcome message in General -> Welcome to CA Identity Portal (WELCOME_TO_CA) value to change the default welcome message in Login page.
