  • 1.  After Upgrade from 14.1 -> 14.3 Error in MODIFY Forms in Identity Portal

    After submitting a modify form, it does not submit IM TASK and also do not initiate approval as it ended as |extra120| does not exist.

    Target Permission = type ATTRIBUTE and selected |extra120| a Logical Attribute.



    Uploaded the attachment as well the form, Target permission and execution Plan design.

    Please share your expertise on how can I fix this. Any help here would be valuable.

    VApp CP2, IM CP1 and IP1 has already been applied.

    As the Identity Portal is a TEWS client to IM, you should try the same function from IM.

    It seems you have some troubleshooting to do from the IM side post upgrade.

    Hi Tanu,
    When ur target permission is pointing to |extra120|, it is referring to Userstore attributes, please check ur Userstore is defined with this user attribute |extra120|.

    Dear William,

    this attribute |extra120| is not an userstore attribute. but when I tried with user Store attribute, I still get the same when the form is added in "Modify Form" of execution plan and not ADD/Remove Form in execution Plan.


    Please check from this perspective.
