Yes, we do offer a way for our customer to migrate their standalone solutions to the latest version of the vApp trough our MIgration Xpress BETA program.
There are set criteria to be considered to be part of the program (version, type of userstore, endpoints etc.)
If you are interested, I can add you the BETA program where you will be able to find additional documentation on the topic.
