  • 1.  Custom Form to Bulk Upload CSV in Identity Portal

    Hi everyone,

I have created a custom form in Identity Portal to do a bulk upload CSV file:

And my CSV file only have one or two column that need to fill in. when I upload the file into the form, it look nicely populated and when it goes through approval, in the approval details when view the CSV , it was still nicely populated.

But when I download the CSV, it somehow transpose my data row to column, which is as below:

which is not correct. Because I'm expecting the downloaded file to remain exactly as how I upload it. Is there anyway to preserve the initial format when I download the file?

    Thank You.

Without knowing your version info, I know 14.2 of the portal had some CSV fixes.

    http://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/layer7-identity-and-access-management/identity-portal/14-2/release-notes/ca-identity-portal-release-notes/release-notes-14-2-cumulative-patches/CP-IP-140200-0002---Defects-Fixed.html

Maybe get to 14.2 CP2 and test again?
