Hello All,
We have a CA IDM implementation. Recently, we have faced an issue which doesn't allow us to login to the management console. The error says the user caidmadmin (Our system administrator user which we used to login to management console with) doesn't exist in the database. There was a server patching which might have caused the issue.
Can we create a new user for system administration with which we can login to management console?
