User role report error while runnind snapshot

Dear Team,
   
   We have receiving below error while running user role report snapshot.

Execute Snapshot Definition "User Roles Report Snapshot": Failed to execute CaptureSnapshotEvent. ERROR MESSAGE: Exception:CaptureSnapshot event has failed

 Export for Collector com.netegrity.ims.imrexport.object.UserObjCollector failed.

Please help me out.

Is this the only snapshot giving such an error? If so, do the users have a date attribute (e.g. imCreateDate) set? If so, check the log for an error such as:

Failed to log to user table: For input string: "2018-09-25"

If this is the cause, you can work around it by removing the values in the user store. See this KB document for details:

If other report snapshots also generate similar errors, confirm that you can successfully test the connection from Reports --> Snapshot Tasks --> Manage Snapshot Database Connections. Also, test with a smaller snapshot if you have a large number of roles.
