IdentitySuite 14.4 VAPP IdentityPortal log file show startup errors

Hi Team,
We have deployed with IdentitySuite 14.4 VAPP, installed with IP, IM, US, PS, CS services and it is running.
When we checked the IP logs, we noticed there is some IP startup errors. We can login the portal user-console and admin-console without issue.
Just that we noticed these errors during IP startup, will these errors impact the server in long term ?
