workflow configuration Approver Email Policy (Selection Box is empty)

    Identity Manager version 12.6.5

    OS:  Windows 2008 R2

     

    We need to send email notification when a workflow task is pending, the workflow is a two stage type and we need to send notification to different groups of recipients depending on the stage, the problem is that we cannot select the Email Policy the selection box remains empty

    Is there something we are missing, please help

    Hi varelafpy,

     

    You need to define an Email object for this notification from the System/Email menu.
    Such an object must be ("When to Send" tab) a "Workflow Pending Email" type for your workflow event name

    (e.g.: TwoStageApprovalProcess).
