We are using the Identity Portal version 14.0.0. The system is connected with Identity Manager version 14.0.1
We have created the access tree and we are able to successfully request the roles. After requesting the role, the workflow is triggered which is visible in Identity Manager work item of the approver, whereas the pending approval task is not visible to the approver in Identity Portal.
Can someone help in what is missing here.

There are two places to pull up the task status, to see this would need to look in:
My requests module will the tasks that you have submitted with the timeline
Tasks module will show you that tasks that would require you to approve once submitted, this view would be the equivalent of "view my work list" in IM.
Yes we are looking into the correct place. After requesting the role the workflow is trigger which should appear in the Task module of the approver. But it is not visible in identity Portal, whereas the approver can see the worklist in Identity manager.
