I'd like to ask whether it is possible to do customization on the identity portal. The scenario is we would like to force the user to input the email when the user is doing the first time login in the portal in this form (picture attached below).
Is it possible for us to change this form, by adding the email to fill out this form? Because we need the email information to put for our scenario.

We do not have the option to change the dialog you sent in the screenshot.
I am not sure what is the business scenario or why you would require a user to enter his email address.
Perhaps it would be better to consult with a Broaddcom/CA services engineer for your needs.
