  • 1.  Report Snapshot not appearing after task completed

    Hi All,

     

    We are using CA IDM VApp 14.2. 

    When we run a report snapshot, the task gets completed, but the report is not showing up.

     

    We just get a blank screen when we open the OOTB reports tab.

     

    Any help or insights appreciated.

    hi, if issue persists, please open a support case and attach the application server log for the time of running the snapshot and opening the report.
