We configured CA Identity Governance V14.2 and integrated CA Identity Portal V14.2 for one of out client.
Launched a user certification campaign as EAdmin user, and could see the certifications up for approval/rejection when logged into IG console as Manager user.
But when we logged in to Identity Portal (sigma/app) console as Manager user, we are seeing “Request Failed” message. Whereas, ideally we should see the pending certification items.
Let me know if anyone has seen this type of issue?
Are you using IP thru Internet Explorer or Chrome ?
Have you tried clearing your Browser :
1. Open Chrome
2. Clear cache and history
3. Close and re-open the browser
Clearing browser cache doesn't help.

I see same issue in 14.1 IDP with Chrome Browser. Created ticket : 01135091 . We have enabled SSO.
Thanks all who have spent time on this. We have found the cause of this issue.
As part of client's standard, they have blocked contents spoofing in Apache server config which included html content as well.
Once we had the exception for html content (i.e) allow them in Apache config, login to IP started working.
