After CA IDM Upgrade the password is get rested from IDM portal the password is getting sync to endpoints and user can , login with AD to password.
When user try to reset the password from ATL+CTL+DEL the password is not getting updated
ERROR:- unable to update the password, the value you provided in the new password is doesn't meet the length,complexity, or history requirement of the domain, we are facing the issue in PROD
