    Hi,

    I am trying to use CA Identity Portal Service Account APIs to update Identity Portal Request with information from an external ticketing system.

     

    I found this information

    Service Account APIs - CA Identity Portal - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation 

     

    But trying to use it is not updating the request with the information I am sending in the REST call, I am not sure I am sending the correct information.. has anyone used it?

     

    It is the Body REST XML I am sending to the Identity Portal server and is returning Success when calling from Policy Xpress
