  • 1.  CA Governance - Account Certification

    I'm using 14.1 vAPP CA IG and CA Identity Portal.  CA IG certification are reviewed through CA Identity Portal.

     

    While I'm running Account certification, the certification activity is not visible in identity Portal screen while I can see activity generated for same certification campaign in Identity Governance screen.

     

    Already, cross verified that Universe is selected in IG connector of Identity Portal.

     

    Any Idea, what could be the reason of this.

    By making some changes, I'm able to see certification campaign in Identity Portal.  But while trying to open it below error is coming.

    I see that you opened a support case for this issue and I think it is the correct way to go. We will continue our discussion there,
