CA Identity Portal 14.1 Demo VM. In the Employee Life Cycle module, the Available Actions sometimes show sorted as in "Create" then "Modify", but sometimes does not sorted and show as "Modify" first then follow by "Create".
Is this normal behavior ? is there a way to make it always sorted ?
I have come across the same issue and opened a support ticket# 01135297. The customer was unhappy about inconsistency of the order as it confuses the end users.
any fixes or solution so far ? U are using which version 14.1 or 14.2 ?
This issue has been seen in 14.2 and there are no fixes yet, IMAG Engineering are still reviewing possible solutions.
This is really a very annoying issue and I have customers complaining about it as it is an end-user facing UI.
