Unable to configure Workpoint to create a new workflow in CA Identity Manager

    Hi All,

     

    I have installed CA identity Manager 14.1 which is up and running. Trying to create a new Workflow in Identity Manager for the create user. Configured the Workpoint by following the steps mentioned in CA Document and then trying to start workpoint which is giving an error that "Attempt failed to retrieve authorization options from server.  Either the server is not running or the client configuration may not be set up correctly. See the client log file for details".

     

    In the Identity Manager logs found an error that "No corporate user is defined for executing inbound tasks for this environment". Please let us know if anyone faced similar error earlier.

    Hi All,

     

    Can anyone help me of how to run the workpoint designer as when I am trying to run "IAM Suite\Identity Manager\tools\Workpoint\bin\Designer.bat" getting error "Attempt failed to retrieve authorization options from server.  Either the server is not running or the client configuration may not be set up correctly. See the client log file for details".

     

    Followed all the steps specified in the below articles and found that only wpServices.jar is missing and unable to find the path where I can get the jar.

    I understand you are trying to run the Workpoint Designer ("IAM Suite\Identity Manager\tools\Workpoint\bin\Designer.bat").
    Please review the "Configure WorkPoint Administrative Tools" topic.

    Thanks Philipe for your response. Could you please let me know where can I get wpServices.jar as I found that the jar is missing in the lib folder and unable to find the path from where I can get it. Apart from this all the other steps are performed and still getting error while opening designer.bat file.
