How to reset CA IDM 14.2 Connector server password ?
When the Connector Server is installed the password provided gets used in various places such as for the ldap binds to the JCS, proxy credentials to the CCS, certificate stores, etc. There is not a single document that lists out all the steps and for some of those steps the existing password would need to be known as well.
It would be more straight forward to uninstall and reinstall the Connector Server. However note that any certificates imported or any custom OSGi bundles that were imported would need to be re-imported after an uninstall and re-install.
