Identity Portal - Add or Remove Role from Cart

On the Identity Portal-> Application tab, where we can see this user is  assigned "Accounts Payable" ProvRole and "Minus" icon is available for user to request(To remove role).

 

But for "Contract System" Role, user is not assigned, but why there is "Minus" icon available for user to select ?

 

 

Can we always show "+" icon when role is not assign to user and show "-" icon when role is assign to user ?

Is this out-of-box behavior ? or is it something that we can change ?

This looks to be OOTB behaviour.  + and - are there initially. 

You can raise an idea or raise a case to see if this can be changed.

Hello,

To change this, look in Gui Configuration -> User Related -> General info -> strict_cart_mode

Change to true to eliminate the redundant + symbols.
