Job Timeout - IDM Task

Hi,

I am trying to run bulk disable for 10k users but while submitting the tasks it will obviously takes a longer time because of which I am getting the timeout error. Is there any way to show message saying that "Task Pending" rather than timing out.

Are you trying to run multiple different bulk loads at the same time or one bulk load of 10k users?

Hello Yashpal,

 

It is not recommended to perform a bulk load with more than 1000 users at a time. You should see better results if you break this bulk load into 10 files and load them more slowly. Running 10,000 users at once can cause your tasks to get stuck in progress and has the potential to disable your environment for some time (up to 24+ hours).
