Importing of connector from csv file stays at 0%

Hi,

Created a simple file connector to import data from csv files to a Universe.

By running the import and going to the option Workflow in the Identity Governance, the task keeps at 0%.

Please, is there any additional setting to be executed before importing data to the universe using csv files ?

Also, where could you check at what point the process is stopped and what went wrong ? By going to the Workflow panel I cannot see too much information.

My suggestion is to open a support case and get the files and info on that case.
