  • 1.  Upgrade CA Identity Manager 12.6.3 to 12.6.8 Version

    Hi,

     

    I can´t upgrade CA Identity Manager 12.6.3 to 12.6.8 version because CA Directory and Provisioning Server upgrade fails in my Application Server

     

    • CA Directory:

    I have imps group but not user

     

    And after installation process uninstalls slapd application for this reason im_ps service can´t start

     

    Any suggestion?

    Does the user that the installer process is running under have full permission to the installation directories?

    I agree with William's comment. Please check that the user that the installer is running on has full permission to the directories it need to access.

    Hi Jose,

     

    I would recommend adding both dsa and imps users to the root group , as secondary groups, and try again.
