IDM Credential Provider Communication?

Hello 

 

If i have a the credential provider installed on the a windows machine, how is the communication between the Windows PC and the IDM environment? is it secure?

Hello,

 

When you install Credential Provider, you can specify the URL links in HTTP or HTTPS.

If your IM application can communicate via HTTPS, then you should configure the URL links in HTTPS so that Credential Provider requests can be sent to IDM application on SSL.
