Create service in UI for ca identity manager

I want to provide a functionality in which user can raise request to get access .

(in access my job is to give any provisioning role or update any profile attribute, how can we achieve this in CA idm)

I already created one service and when user is requesting that service i am providing some list in which user can select some value  now my requirement is to get that value and updte inn user profile of that user after workflow process is approved.

 

i am not able to achieve this
