Cant find the Created Global users when run the E&C task

Hello Guys,

 

Im using a fresh IDM 12.6.7

 

I have an AD Endpoint with some accounts there, im running an Explore & Correlate on this Endpoint from the IDM Web Interface, when i do this the task finishes sucessfully, if i check on the subimitted task i can see that the global users where created sucessfully.

 

But when i go to view users im not able to see any of the accounts created from the E&C, and when i go to the Provisioning Manager i cannot see the account there either.

 

I also tried running the E&C from the provisioning manager, there i can see the accounts listed on the Global users, but if i open the IDM web interface i still cannot see the created accounts from the AD Endpoint.

 

Anything i could be missing in this process?

You should look into your correlation attribute. If it is not set correctly they might be getting linked to [default user]
