Is it possible to have two reassignment functionality for same campaign? One using default reassign and another customizing any one of the existing extra features (like New, Custom, Dismiss or Result). Second reassign should reassign directly to admin level user alone without any search.

Any certification campaign has Approve, Reject, Reassign, comment, consult and Attach. In this user certification, huge group of people use Re-assign feature. In this case we have two set of users, one set of users know to whom the campaign need to be reassigned. Second set of people don't know to whom it has to be reassigned. For the second set we thought of customizing the tool by adding another Re-assign button which will be name as Redirect, so that once you click that "Redirect" button it will reassign that record to one specific user (like Admin). Looking for some option from GM side or using workpoint.

The feature you are requesting is not available in the out of the box product.
I would recommend contacting CA Services as perhaps they encountered such a request before.
