CA Governance Minder: Can't instantiate page (Home page)

    How may I fix this?

     

    Intermittent login errors as end users (certifying managers) attempt to log into the application:

     

     

    Correlate with the following logged entries in the application log:

     

    2015-03-23 12:32:22,142 ERROR [org.apache.wicket.RequestCycle] Can't instantiate page using constructor public com.eurekify.web.portal.homepage.FlowsHomePage(org.apache.wicket.PageParameters) and argument pageId = "HomePage"

    org.apache.wicket.WicketRuntimeException: Can't instantiate page using constructor public com.eurekify.web.portal.homepage.FlowsHomePage(org.apache.wicket.PageParameters) and argument pageId = "HomePage"
