  • 1.  CA Identity Portal Save button not enabled

    I am trying to create an Access Module in the CA Identity Portal.
    1. When I perform 'Quick Create', the 'Save' button is not enabled for editing the module
    2. When I try to click the pencil icon to edit and create, the 'Create' button itself is not enabled

    Did you select a search under the search tab?

    The search is for users. Which users the logged in user can search and perform requests.

    Thanks Scott!

    It worked after I selected search :)

    I have another issue though: When I select 'Access' from Identity Portal user console, it shows me roles available but there's no option in the middle pane to add/remove those roles to the cart. Am I missing something?

    Try Open the Admin UI of Identity Portal, click on Setup, then 'Gui Configuration', then under 'User Related', 'General Info' set 'strict_cart_mode' to false and restart the application server.  The default is false but its possible your site configured this to true.
