  • 1.  Classify Services OneClick

    Hello Community,

    We have Spectrum 10.4.1. In OneClick we have a couple of services modeled. We would like to classify these services based on the application as  "SWIFT" in the image attached.

    How do we do that? For example, How do we classify or put all "WIND" services together just as SWIFT, in the image attached below?

    Jose,

    That is determined by how you build the Services Hierarchy.

    What I believe you will find is the VPN I SWIFT Service is a resource of the SWIFT Service. Same for the Sevidores SWIFT, SafeWach, Core Bancario etc.

    In the Service Editor, click on the Services tab and then the Hierarchy tab.
