Please run the CA RemoteEngineer tool on your NFA Harvester and Console Servers, open Support case and upload it to the case.
This tool well gather logs, database information, and key system information that will help us to troubleshoot your issue.
1) Go to C:\CA\NFA\Tools\RemoteEngineer
2) Run RemoteEngineer
3) Select "CA Network Flow Analysis" or "CA Network Flow Analysis (9.x.x and Later)" as Product Name depending of version
