  • 1.  Netflow Analysys takes a long time to show the information

    Hello CA Team,

    The NFA is taking a long time to show the information when I click on option as interfaces and there the last update doesn't update as you can see below:


    However when the information show up on the screen all of them are right:

    Please run the CA RemoteEngineer tool on your NFA Harvester and Console Servers, open Support case and upload it to the case.

    This tool well gather logs, database information, and key system information that will help us to troubleshoot your issue.

    1) Go to C:\CA\NFA\Tools\RemoteEngineer

    2) Run RemoteEngineer

    3) Select "CA Network Flow Analysis" or "CA Network Flow Analysis (9.x.x and Later)" as Product Name depending of version
