  • 1.  metric on CA PERFORMANCE doesn't appear

    Hi,

    I've imported on CA PERFORMANCE the metric "CISCO-IETF-NAT-MIB" and by RESTFUL I've created the metric family,unfortunately after few minutes this metric has stopped collecting.How can I fix this error?

    First of all, you need to identify the error. Use dcdebug (http://da1:8581/dcdebug/searchdebug.jsp) from the DA to check for polling errors. You have to enable debug for the device that you're interested in. Check for SNMP errors and/or Poll errors.

    Hi Catalin,

    I've created the metric on metric family by RESTful and now is collecting correctly,but I realized that metric doesn't go over 60 and I've put type as: Int, Long, Double,but it didn't work.

    Read my previous update again. I did not ask you anything about the metric family/vendor certification. I started with the assumption that these were built correctly.
