  • 1.  User sync not working with PM -CABI

    We have deleted some of users in PC, but still those users are available in CABI after multiple sync too. Anyone have faced this issue?

    If the incremental sync process failed to send down the deletes, the only way to remove them is to manually remove them from CABI user management, I believe.

    I'm pretty sure a full sync for CABI will not delete the users.

    Yes, but it won't help.  The delete user info is already gone in the PC to send to CABI.  Incremental sync only sends what happened since last incremental sync.  And full sync, CABI doesn't delete any user not synced during full sync.

    I guess you might delete all users (in CABI) except maybe the admin users, and do a full CABI sync and it'll push down all the current active users, and CABI will create them in CABI.  But if there are reports created by users in CABI, I suspect those would be deleted when user is deleted.
