Is there an easy way to add USER_AssetID (0x12bfc) to the WA_Link model, or do I have to use ModelType editor?

    Hi Robert,

Not sure how to do it without the editor, but while searching I have noticed that this attribute is part of the WA_Segment model.

Hmm.. Yes, I see that too. Wonder what the though behind that was.

The main model which turn up in the alarmview is the WA_Link, not the segment. I have linked the AssetID with our CMDB, but as there is no AssetID for WA_Link, I can't make an easy cmdb info view launch for Control Centre operators for the specific WA_Link.

I guess I have to put my question to Support.

    /Rob

Looks like it's the model derivation.  WA_Segment is derived from LINK while WA_Link is derived from other internal modeltypes for fault isolation and none of those modeltypes have the USER* attributes.
