DX NetOps 20.2 -- Spectrum - PM integration

I have issues with PM 20.2 and Spectrum 20.2 integration. Integration is not working and alarms from Spectrum are not synced to PM. 

I do not have any errors in the Spectrum Tomcat log (log level is on MAX). 

Integration is enabled on Spectrum side, also on PM side. Data Source test successful. 

Any ideas?

Hi Ivan:

Have you added devices to the default domain ip domain collection in OneClick?  If so, if you list the devices in that collection (in oneclick) then search for CAPC_Item_Id under attributes, then > to move it to the right side, do you see a number as opposed to 0?

In short, devices have to be added to the default domain collection in discovered in capc.  Then, events have to happen on those devices in order to see them in spectrum.  I hope that helps
