CA PM - Use ICMP Discovery

Hi,

Anyone knows how to enable ICMP Discovery after the first discovery of one device? 

Basically we already have the device on PM and we don't want delete and discover again to not lose data and we want enable ICMP discovery to have reachability MF by ICMP.

Any idea how to do it?

We already tried enable on the discovery profile and then on that device click on re-discovery but still the same.
On lab, if we remove the device and added again, it works.

For this device, do you see the "Reachability" MF listed under Polled Metric families and does the status show as supported ?

Hi,

Yes, is supported but is supported by SNMP and not ICMP.
If I remove any device, and discover again but with the "ICMP Discovery" option enable, Reachability starts working with ICMP.
I don't want remove and add the device again, I don't want to lose data.

I already tried via DA-Rest, but for <SupportedProtocols> is not availabe the update.
If anyone knows where I can find that on the DB, to change, will be helpfull.
