When is CA Spectrum 10.3.1 being released?

I had seen or heard somewhere that it was supposed to be released before the end of 2018, but I haven't seen an announcement and there is only 10.3.0 available for download. Did something change?

  It was pushed back a little.  Current plan is early Q1 of this year.
