Unified CABI 6.4.3?

Is there any plans to move from CABI 6.3.0 to 6.4.3 for the Unified CABI set up? 

 

Has Unified CABI been abandoned? I haven't seen anything at all about it since the initial release.

Latest versions of CABI for Spectrum are 6.4.2. and 6.4.3 which are both Unified.

Spectrum does support the Unified CABI version.

So I looked at that, and the downloads under support say its for Spectrum. If I look at the release notes (http://downloads.ca.com/akdlm/comp/DOC500000000001936.txt) it looks like it is for the bundled version, not Unified?

 

Docops for Unified CABI (Unified Dashboards and Reporting for Infrastructure Management Home - Unified Dashboards and Reporting for Infrastructur…) only shows 6.3.0 as well.

That is probably just an issue with the text.

 

CABI 6.4.2 and 6.4.3 are definitely Unified.  Meaning you can also import CAPC/PM reports, and that fun stuff.

Shouldn‘t the text / description be updated if this is the case? There‘s an own docops for Unified CABI, where no statement regarding different versions is given: Installation - Unified Dashboards and Reporting for Infrastructure Management 1.0 - CA Technologies Documentation. There‘s even a section explicitly warning about downloading the appropriate CABI package.

I opened a support case for clarification. It went back and forth a couple times, but the current answer is as follows:

"The Unified CABI team insisted that there are currently only 2 versions of Unified CABI. 

6.3 which is available and 7.1.1 which is still a work in progress."

This is correct.
Sorry for the earlier responses as that is what we were led to believe.

6.3 is the ONLY supported Unified CABI for Spectrum as of today.
Future versions will support 7.1.1 which will also be unified.

Actually the Unified CABI documentation mentions 10.2.1+. I just wanted to confirm that it is not supported by 10.3+.
Is there already information available which Spectrum versions will support Unified CABI 7.1.1?

Right.  10.3.x does support CABI 6.3 Unified.  However, CABI 6.4.x is NOT Unified but is supported.

The next major version of Spectrum is planned to support 7.1.1 Unified CABI.

I believe the version slated is 10.5...but subject to change.
