Get information about instance oid

Hello!

I get information about memory and CPU devices with Restful. Results of query like this:

<attribute id="0x10000">

Cisco123

</attribute>

<attribute-list id="0x12ac6">

<instance oid="1" value="23" />

</attribute-list>

 In OneClick on Perfomance I can see what means oid "1". 

How can I get this information with Restful or Corba?
