  • 1.  data aggregator degraded

    Hi All.
    After upgraded the CA PM 3.0 to PM 3.6.4 everything looks normal in System Status except the data aggregator that has a degraded condition.

     

    How can I know why the degraded condition and how can change it to normal??

     

    before the upgrade the system health status was Good.

    Hi Emilio,

     

    It's due to the Threshold Monitoring having become Disabled. Until it's Enabled again, no new Threshold based Events will be raised and the DA Degraded state will remain.
