  • 1.  CA Spectrum Error

    Hi All,

     

    I am getting below error in Spectrum control panel and in on click console some of the devices are showing down. SDC server is up and running and there is no problem with connectivity part, so please help me any one of on this problem.

    in oneclick console some of the devices are showing down.

     

    Did you try pinging from the server from where you are monitoring those devices? What is the result?

    Alternately, right click on the device down alarm and select ping to check the reachability.
