Whats is correct steps to upload MIB files to CA spectrum 10.3 ?

After upload MIB files , do i need to restart any services ?

The steps to import and export the MIB are covered in the following section:

Once you import the MIB file via CA Spectrum MIB Tools, you can map the attributes and/or map the traps.

There is no need to restart any service/process.
