i am using CA Spectrum 10.2.1, i need guidance related to Attributes of VNM as i am facing issue regarding alarms that on OneClick console alarms are not appearing and remain stuck until we restart Spectro server.
So i need to create a watch when alarms are not appearing within mentioned duration, that notify me about the issue so i restart SS ASAP.
I don't think this can be done with a watch. You are running an older release. I would highly encourage you to upgrade or at least make sure you've installed the rollup bi monthly patch fix for 10.2.1 which contains some fixes to the SNMP stack:
