i am receiving below mention error while integrating CA Spectrum with CA Performance Center
Adding Data Source FailedData source communication failure
8080 port was enabled
need some help.........
Whether you can able to telnet the port ?

Are you able to ping from CAPC Server the Spectrum One Click Server?
No ping between pc and spectrum.......
I hope icmp is not required ,because tcp port are opened here.

Ok, so you know the root cause know, you need to check why CAPC is not able to reach out to Spectrum OCE

now PC and spectrum are reachable but i am still facing same issue while adding spectrum in data source...
Are you still having the same error?
Please send the full spectrum OCE web page address and send the /PC/logs/wrapper.log After you try to add Datasource again.

i didn't get your point
spectrum web page was not accessible over internet, also share which logs you want spectrum or PC
I requested the spectrum web page not to access,just to check the path and see the wrapper.log.
Anyway, I would recommend you now to open a CA Support Ticket to help you further.
