    Hello Samuel

I would try two things. First, I would suggest to try path

    /app/spectrum/Java/jre

Path to the JRE root installation directory?>Type the JRE root installation directory path and press Enter. Specify the JRE root installation directory so that appending "bin/java - version" becomes a successful command.
Note: Java 2 Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.8.0 or later is required.

If that still fails, you can check if Java is installed separately on the OS and try to use that path:

For example, I am seeing Java JRE root install path on my lab machine as the following:

    /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.65-3.b17.el7.x86_64/jre

You can find your JAVA_HOME or $JVM_ROOT in the Java.conf file located in /etc/java

    Example:

    # Root of all JVM installations
    JVM_ROOT=/usr/lib/jvm

    Hope that helps

Thanks, I tried both solutions and it still isn't recognizing Java.

What user is running the OneClickConfiguration.exe?

What user owns the Java files?

Root owns the /usr/lib java and a separate user for the spectrum owns the files java files for spectrum.

What user is running the OneClickConfiguration.exe? In other words what user are you logged in as?

I think I misunderstood. I used the admin user from the spectrum server, think I should try root?

Then maybe sudo as root and try pointing to the OS usr/lib java path, which is also owned by root

I got it working. It was asking for the Java path for the ServiceNow Mid server not the Spectrum OneClick server.
